Shipping and Returns
At Tailor and Stylist, we want our customers to be happy and fashionable, so we make a concerted effort to process and ship your orders in the most timely manner possible. We do our best to ship within the same business day, and always within in one to three business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PST.
When your order is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email notification with details pertaining to the timely arrival of your fabulous new frocks.

Free Shipping on Exchanges in the US!
We want every item from our boutique to fit you beautifully! That's why we happily offer our free shipping exchange program for all of our customers in the United States. If an item does not fit well, we are more than delighted to exchange the same item for a different size. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you a shipping label for you to print out. Please also let us know which item you are exchanging from your order and what new size you need, so we can make sure we have it in stock. Since many of our items sell out quickly, we will then pull that item from our inventory for you.
Then, please download our return and exchange form, complete the form, and send it to us, along with the merchandise. Kindly mark which new size you would like. Please be sure the merchandise is in its original condition, unworn, and not purchased as a final sale item. If you do not use the shipping label that we email to you, please make sure to insure your package, as well as kindly use a shipping option that has delivery confirmation.
We will send you a new size, with free shipping on us, as soon as we receive your package.
We happily process exchanges 21 days from the date of sale, and we are delighted to offer free exchanges once per item.
is our sincere hope that your purchases at Tailor and Stylist will help you to look your very best! Therefore, if you aren't completely satisfied, we will graciously accept the return of the item(s) within 21 days from the date on the purchase receipt, and the refund will be submitted back to your original form of payment. For returns that are received at our facility 21 days after the date of the order, but within 60 days of the original purchase date, we are happy to provide store credit. Please note that if you paid for expedited or international shipping, the shipping fees are non-refundable.
The details for different types of merchandise are posted below:
- Please return apparel in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached.
- Kindly note that we are happy to take returns on shoes, as long as the shoes are unworn and returned in their all their original accompanying packaging (shoe box, tissue, shoe horns, etc.).
- Please note that to protect the health of all of our customers, earrings are considered final sale.
- Kindly note that all items in our sale section are considered final sale.
You can email us at email@example.com, and we can email you a return label for domestic orders. The cost of the returns shipping will be deducted from the refund back to the original form of payment. If you do not use our return label that we email to you, please make sure to insure your package, as well as kindly use a shipping option that has delivery confirmation.
At this time, we are only able to generate return labels for domestic US orders, but are more than happy to process international returns if you ship back the piece through your own local carrier.

soon as we receive the item(s), your refund will be processed in the manner
in which it was remitted within 3 to 5 business days, minus the return shipping costs, if you had us generate a return label to email you.
Of course, if we made a mistake in processing your order, we will be more than happy to make it right and will take care of all the shipping costs on our end.

International Shipping Rates (Canada and Abroad)
Canada: $7.95 flat rate
Other Countries: We are constantly
expanding our shipping zones, and if you don't see yours when you
checkout, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will gladly add
your country to our shipping list. We ship international orders based
upon weight via the United States Postal Service, which is the most
economical method for our customers.
We do our best to ship as expeditiously as possible, but there may be slight delays due to:
1) Your order may need more attention if your shipping address is different from your billing address. Special attention is given to ensure the security of your credit card information.
2) We are closed on holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be given full attention on the next business day, in the order in which they were placed. Our holiday closure schedule is as follows: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and New Years Day.
